We thoroughly enjoyed our rooms with a comfy bed. the facilities were overall nice. 3. the hotel is conveniently located just next door to Hartford, Connecticut. 4. Due to weather delays, the location near the airport and shopping centers was very convenient. 5. the property is also not too far from Connecticut Trolley Museum.

The room we got was good sized with comfy bed, everything was nice. We loved the bar. The location was good and magnificent, within a close distance from Connecticut Trolley Museum. And the area was beautiful, short walk to stores and places to eat and 5 outlets and several restaruants.

This hotel offers the basics for a good nights sleep and some respite in your free time. The Junior suite is clean and spacious, with a living room and large King-bedroom both with TV. The living room also has a fridge and microwave, which is great if, like us, you want to bring your own food. In this sense the room would also be great for a family on a budget. The bathroom in our suite was quite small given the amount of space, but it was well cleaned so no complaints. Surprisingly too, not much sound gets in from the neighbouring highway, and none from the neighbouring rooms. Although the hotel isn't very close to Hartford (ultimately you would need a car to get around - $40-45 to Hartford centre by Cab) it is near to the airport and on a street with shopping units containing all the essentials (grocery, pharmacy, petrol etc.) - all within 5-minute walking distance. Added bonuses included a fitness room and a business centre with use of internet. We didn't eat breakfasts and got our own food, so can't comment on meals, but there is a grill restaurant onsite. Overall good value for money.
If you are self-sufficient, and don't have many needs except a quiet, clean room from which to do your own thing then this hotel is fine, but transport is an issue. So organise a rental ahead of time, or settle for local amenities. This is not a place for sight-seeing.

The staff was very accommodating.
There was an suv parked behind the hotel which had no wheels. This led to concern as to the safety of our vehicle while parked at the hotel. I am unsure as to whether I would stay at this location again because of this.

Wafflemaker! Good value for money.
Not enough seated locations at outdoor pool. Difficulty regulating room temperature. Not a lot to do in the remote location. Had to drive to do anything in the evening.

The room was very comfortable and after I checked out and boarded my plane, I realized that I left something very important in the room. When I called the hotel, the manager went to the room herself and retrieved the item and held it until my mom was able to pick it up for me.
The only downside that I experienced was that the restaurant attached to the hotel was closed which the booking site did not mention. There were however many delivery services so it wasn't so bad.

Great location! Unfortunately, didn't get to check out the pub, but the pool was super clean 👌. They have a variety of affordable food options available for meals here.

Friendly staff - front receptionist was knowledgeable and nice.
The building is currently under remodeling and was a bit noisy in the morning. Also the bar/dining area was closed due to a private event.

The Hotel was ok for the money. The staff was awsome and accomodating. The breakfast was good. And I enjoyed the pool. The feather comforter was comfortable.
The room was ehhh, the rug was damp and smelly and the sheets were cheap and uncomfortable.

We needed a place to stay halfway toward our place in Vermont, and this was the perfect location, easy to find, well marked and well priced. We were surprised at how friendly the staff was, and how easy the check-in check-out was. A good choice for what we wanted.
